The US-Taiwan Business Council (USTBC) is a non-profit trade association. USTBC works to develop trade and business between the United States and Taiwan. We aspire to be an effective representative for our members in dealing with business, trade, and investment matters. Members consist of public and private companies with business interests in Taiwan. They range in size from small consulting firms to large multinational companies. Our work gives our members access to the people and the information that they need to thrive.
We provide our members with tactical & strategic advice on succeeding in Taiwan, and offer support for efforts to secure new business opportunities or resolve problems. Our newsletters and other publications cover political, business, trade, and investment news, while also highlighting business opportunities in Taiwan. In addition, USTBC offers our members access to an extensive network of relationships within the Taiwan government and business community, as well as with senior levels in the U.S. government.
The US-Taiwan Business Council supports signing a bilateral trade agreement between the United States and Taiwan. We are delighted to participate in the US-Taiwan BTA Coalition, and look forward to working towards encouraging the U.S. to negotiate and sign such an agreement.
